What an amazing stay!

What a great family getaway! We typically stay at another hotel every trip due to our picky preference of hotels, however we decided to give Sonesta a try based on numerous reviews and photos. We booked the king executive suite and we were happy campers. The only thing we wished we had was a microwave, but it wasn’t a deal breaker considering other great hotels we frequent rarely have one. The Nashville Tap House was yummy and there was excellent customer service from check-in to check-out. We will definitely add this location to our favorite list.

During check-in, I didn't receive the level of service I expected. The staff didn't ask for essential information, so I had to point out details like my license plate for the parking pass and my pet information. It was a bit concerning, as I wonder if these things would have been overlooked had I not mentioned them. I believe the front desk staff could benefit from additional training to ensure these details are handled without prompting. Additionally, I was disappointed by some unexpected fees, particularly the $20 per night parking charge, which wasn't clearly communicated upfront
