My wife and I enjoyed our stay at this loft. Check in and out was easy and we received several automated texts throughout our stay to ensure we didnât have any issues. Location is close enough to Broadway yet far enough away to ensure the neighborhood was calm and quiet. There are plenty of shops and restaurants in walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.
We decided to spend three week days in Nashville. We are in our late 60âs so we loved the area and convenience to Broadway, Printerâs Alley. The unit was as advertised and check in and communication was awesome. Most places we traveled to was a 7 min Uber ride which arrived in less than 5 minutes. It was perfect for our getaway
We enjoyed the location. The property was very clean and as described. We did bring a sound machine as there were recommendations that the pipes were noisy in the bedroom. It was still fairly noticeable even with the sound machine. I am not sure if something needs to be addressed or fixed.
The location is good with grocery stores and restaurants close by. However, the bed is uncomfortable and the room is very poorly lit and extremely noisy from the air vents and exposed pipes making sleep difficult even with earplugs and noise machine. Coffee is included but no creamer! Overpriced for what you get.
The accommodations were exactly what was advertised on line / highly recommend this building and loft / The Gulch in Nashville is a fantastic area to rent a vacation rental /and very close to all events down town / UrbanNashville is a great company to rent from
Neighborhood is great. Quiet/safe with several restaurants and market close by. On-site parking was a plus. Easy 8 minute Lyft to Broadway. Place was spotless, bed wascomfortable. Communication was outstanding.
Great spacious clean flat. There were 2 issues that kept our stay from being perfect. First, the master bedroom is so dark even with the 2 lamps on. We couldnât see our clothes on/in the dresser. Also the heat/AC unit clunks, and pipes knock, waking us up each night. The constant âknockingâ prevented us from getting good sleep.
We had to move in the middle of the night due to water pipes leaking, only to wake up with the same happening in our new loft. We ended up canceling and finished our stay at a hotel.
This is a great loft right in the heart of The Gulch. The unit was clean and exactly as advertised. Check in was easy and communication with host was excellent. I will definitely stay here again when Iâm back in Nashville
The Loft was a great location! The Gulch district has everything you need right around the corner. Itâs far enough away from the craziness of Broadway, but also an easy walk. Definitely recommend
The unit was very clean , roomy, well stocked, near a little market and restaurants . The bed was very comfortable! We could walk to the little market, liquor store, restaurants and a few shops. The rental agency was fantastic! Very helpful very responsive and super nice. We did have a couple complaints. These first couple can be taken care of easily : our first is the bedroom lighting. It was so dark ! We really had a very hard time seeing. Even with all the bedroom lights on including the hall spotlight one it was dark over by the dresser. Lamps with outlets and usb outlets would be very nice. The master bathroom was also too dark for our liking . We ended up spending more time in the unit than anticipated. With that being said sitting on the couch it made you feel like you were falling forward and footstools would be nice.
This complaint that really canât be fixed ( I think) is the AC unit clunks when it cuts on and pipes knock. The rental agency did put a sound machine in the bedroom for us but it still woke us up . It was still better than a hotel room and someone partying all night beside of us. I would definitely rent again from Urban Vacations ! And with fixes Iâd rent this unit again.
