Nice hotel, but the room had an issue. The room was full of white fibers and dust floating in the air, which I believe were coming from the white couch. The fibers covered my clothes and belongings, and I felt sick and itchy whenever I was in the room. I felt better as soon as I left the room, but the symptoms returned every time I came back in.

All I attempted to do was pay. They wouldn't take it, I cancelled the res. They charged me anyway. This is nowhere near the last Expedia and the Hotel will hear from me. I will take an ad out online, every week, until I am satisfied. I demand a full refund.

I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels in Nashville over the years, and I can say without hesitation—1 Hotel is the best in the city. From the moment you walk in, you just feel different. The design, the vibe, the attention to detail—it’s like they thought about how to create peace in the middle of downtown. The rooms are beautiful and somehow manage to feel luxurious and cozy at the same time. Everything is sustainable, intentional, and well-designed without trying too hard. The service? Incredible. Every interaction felt like they actually cared, not just doing their job.
