We liked the room but the staff we encountered were rude, not friendly as our last hotel, no greeting or help with questions, I have a medical shoe on due to a accident and the check in staff was very rude and not friendly at all

The pictures look good, right? But, I wish they were scratch and sniff. The entire hotel has a faint aroma of old SMOKE. It’s been renovated, but also neglected. No one has vacuumed the hall in days. The wall paper is peeling. The smoke smell of covered my strong PERFUME smells. At $100 and solid reviews, I thought our one-night stay would be ideal. I wish I had paid more and felt comfortable sleeping here. ALSO, the key didn’t work for the back door. Luckily, someone propped it open with a rock at 10pm. I did not feel SAFE.

The staff was great! Everyone was helpful and friendly. Always had a smile. The only thing I could possibly complain about was the breakfast. However we did come down towards the end, so maybe it was better in the beginning.

Friendly staff, tidy room, bed was fairly comfortable and had both soft and firm pillows. We enjoyed an evening swim. There were mold spots on the ceiling and I woke up with asthma. This is probably due to high humidity from not having an exhaust fan in the bathroom
