Overall it was a decent stay. The condo was clean and it was pretty well stocked. The beds were comfy and the towels were soft. We also love good water pressure in the shower and it was spot on! We loved the location as Midtown is where we prefer to hang out. Our biggest complaint would be the fact the AC froze and we weren't able to use it. I will say, the owners communication about everything was prompt and incredibly kind, which we appreciated. The condo was just pretty stuffy/humid for our stay. Its an older building, so thats just something to be mindful of.

The condo was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. I loved having my morning coffee in the dining area, which included a couch. It has all the necessary essentials you would need. We were within walking distance to local restaurants in Music Row. Highly recommend!

First time to Nashville. First time Vrbo users. While we had a few issues at check-in our hosts were extremely responsive. The rooms are smaller than they appear in the pictures but a nice space.

Great place and perfect location

This is a great place to stay while visiting downtown Nashville.Its a 15/20 walk down to the vibrant end of Broadway or half that on one of the electric scooters that are dotted all over the city.You get sent all check in / out instructions the day before you arrive.Secure entry into the building and into the suite.It's on the 6th floor but the lift takes you straight to the door.The suite is large and has 2 rooms and two seating areas - one of which doubles up and drop down double bed (this bed ain't to comfy, but can't fault anything else)Bath/shower is separate to the toilet and is a large space. There is also a full laundry room and we'll appointment kitchenette.This is a great place to reach all areas of town via foot, scooter or lyft taxi.Plenty of nice pubs around within 2 to 3 mins walk.I would come back tomorrow Thanks for the stay

Great place to stay!

We came in for a long weekend and this place is perfect! The location was great there are plenty of places to eat and bars with live music within walking distance. And it is an easy Uber drive to Broadway to check it out! Property managers were easy to work with! Highly recommended!

Such a great apartment!

We stayed at this spacious apartment for our daughter's graduation from Vanderbilt. It was very well-located, convenient, well-apportioned, comfortable, quiet, etc. We had one question during our stay and Becky answered it promptly. We would not hesitate to book this place again an strongly recommend it to others! We were sad to leave.

Lovely apartment

Very well-equipped, nicely furnished, city view, pretty. Free parking a bonus. Could walk to a number of neighborhood restaurants, coffee shops, but also easy to drive to famous Nashville attractions. Would definitely recommend this apartment.

Great place to stay!

We had an amazing time staying here! It’s close to so much and a quick Uber ride to Broadway for about $7-$8. No complaints at all. Just a few suggestion. 1. When upgrading your washer and dryer, get one that you can wash clothes while your other load is drying. 2. Have an outlet installed in the hallway with the mirror. 3. Get a few 2 quart containers for making juice or mixed drinks in. We would highly recommend this condo and would stay here again when we visit next!
