Overall experience was bad. I tried to talk to the front desk receptionist about 2 people from my group didn’t make it to the trip and have to cancel the room for them and, she completely ignored it. There were also some charges that we were not aware of it and got charged. I would strongly recommend people to be careful and shop around for better places.

The one bedroom residence was a nice size if taking children it was nice to have a kitchen and living area with sofa bed. However the internet is Very Poor the tv froze frequently and we couldn’t cast any apps due to poor internet connection. The staff were wonderful food good; also they start blasting music on the resort at 9a which I think is still a bit early if you desire to sleep in a bit I think after 10a would be more appropriate but just my opinion.

I booked at Margaritaville and was placed in their sister residence across the street at One Particular Harbour, which was so much more my vibe; low key, quiet, understated. My room was perfectly appointed, comfortable and clean, The staff were amazing! Shout Outs to Vernell, Mark, Toni and Jean! The beach was, as always, amazing! I snorkel and between the Margaritaville and British Colonial Beaches, saw Sea Turtles, Tangs, doctor fish, a sting ray, flounder, round skate, Nassau Grouper (don’t try to eat him!!), Sargent Majors, Beaugregories, Atlantic needlefish and even a lionfish and a fire worm! Had the best time at Margaritaville/One Particular Harbour!! Will def be back! 💖

The staff treats customers very rudely, demonstrating poor manners, especially the men who work in the cafeteria behind the lobby, they spend their time on their phones ignoring customers, they should take serious measures against these workers, I really would not recommend anyone visit that hotel so as not to suffer the bad treatment that my wife and I suffered.

Food option are limited if your going to stay at the resort. Also they have hot water issues at times. For three days we didn't have hot water. Run the water for an hour and no hot water. Called the front desk and took them more then an hour to fix the issue. I don't know how can a new resort have a hot water issue.

Everything is great about the resort fabulous , but the staff are rude, not hospitality training, careless, they never greet you the DONT WANT TO DEAL WITH YOU AT ALL PLUS THEY CHARGE YOU TIP FOR EVERYTHING AND YOUR BILL 15% party 1 or party of 6 every where 20% of the people are nice in the island the other 80% are fukkkkkng Rude Just a heads up everyone 🤔🤔🇧🇸 happy trip 8/11/25 9:AM

Pools and ocean are very close to hotel. The cost if the food and beverages is alittle pricey
