The Coral at Atlantis offers 609 accommodations with iPod docking stations and a safe. 32-inch flat-screen televisions come with premium cable channels and pay-per-view films. Fridges and coffee/tea makers are provided. Bathrooms include a combined bath/shower unit, complimentary toiletries and hairdryers.

We got a over looking the Trace room, we could not sit outside, it was smelling badly, also the bathroom shower was horrible, the water pressure was so low it was tripping, we were 4 people and it took each person 45 minutes to an hour to take a shower Food selection on the property was great and staff were very friendly and helpful.

Paid extra for a grand room with ocean view. The room has never been updated and it was small. There was a tub/shower with little water pressure. Definitely not worth the price per night. Not a terrible place to stay if you have kids (we have 2) bc of the water activities, slides, etc but be prepared to spend money.

Bahamas is a beautiful place to visit. However, the hotel staff are very unhelpful. At check-in, I had selected upgrades in the front desk said it was impossible to tell me pricing upfront that I would have to email someone separately. I asked what the charge would be for the hold on my credit card and what the amount would be and she said she was not allowed to tell me I would have to email resort services. Overall, this resort has been reluctant to be transparent about billing and it is taken days of our trip and multiple phone calls to try to get some transparent understanding of what we’re actually going to be billed by here. If we ever do decide to stay at this resort again, we’ll definitely Have to be a lot firmer from the beginning to have clear expectations set. Resort staff overall just don’t wanna help you and they seem to just wanna take your money. Any opportunity they can without telling you about hidden tips or upfront cost for the rooms.

Service is not good. Tip is already included so there is no effort to serve people well. The post day activities for teenagers are very expensive.The $30 for the teens club is excessive a preventing them to go every day and create a safe space to be, instead of having them wondering in the Casino or outside. My kids told me that several fights broke outside, as teens were bored.
