A acomodação fica em uma localização ótima, a comunicação com o locatário é fácil e eficiente. O apartamento está precisando de alguns reparos, pinturas, papel de parede soltando, no banheiro social não tem porta shampoo pois está quebrado, a pia do banheiro da suíte fica pingando. Pequenos detalhes que dão uma sensação de descuido, mas não atrapalham na hospedagem. Tinha água mineral, o que acho um diferencial pois dependendo do horário que você chega e não tem local aberto para comprar acho execelente quando oferecem. Academia do prédio é simples, mas atende a um treino adaptado.
