Comfortable hotel, near to UFRN, friendly staff

I found the hotel to be quiet and secure. Ideal for people visiting Natal for work reasons, not so to go on vacation, because it is far from the beach. The staff is willing to help you at all times. The facilities are comfortable and clean.

Vamos começar pelo barulho, muito alto devido a uma via local em frente, depois o elevador antigo e lento, mais fåcil subir de escadas, mesmo com malas. Por fim foi deixado uma bermuda de grife no local, foi feito contato com atendente que pediu para retornar no outro dia e falar com a governança e no outro dia nada foi encontrado, ela sumiu e pronto. Nunca mais fico nesse Hotel e não recomendo ninguém.
