NO A/C - I reserved room that specifically listed A/C and there was none. Room looks updated but Lobby, Elevator and Hallways look creepy, lack of confirming Identity at check in, request to move car behind the building and Meat Slicer in the lobby all give off a scary movie vibe. Checked out and moved elsewhere in Sion.

Extremely welcoming staff.

Staff were extremely friendly, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and help us with whatever we needed. Room was a bit small for a family of 4 but would be perfect for a couple, it was basic but had everything we needed. Breakfast was nice. I would definitely stay there again, simply because all the staff were so welcoming and they made our stay there a great one.

We stayed in a double room. Tight but good enough for 4 people. The bathroom is separated from the bedroom by a semitransparent wall, which is quite weird. The receptionist at the desk was not always available, which was annoying.

Check in was extremely difficult. The automated system rejected my credit card nearly 15 times before finally accepting it. The person who helped out from the attached restaurant was really friendly and nice and seemed just about as frustrated as I was with the automated check in machine. The room was nice and it was perfect for our needs.
