This characteristic Eifel house is situated on a farm with chickens, rabbits, fruit trees and bees for fresh honey. The owner lives next door and is happy to give explanations. The house has its own entrance and terrace, so you have privacy. The modern bathroom, complete kitchen and cosy living room ensure comfort, while the many old attributes provide atmosphere and character. Nattenheim is surrounded by forests and fields. Ideal for hiking

Nattenheim is a small, typical Eifel village where you immediately feel the charm of rural life. You will find a church and a few houses. The area is ideal for those who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Furthermore, you can mainly enjoy the beautiful surroundings here. Nature is varied: forests, rivers, hills and valleys alternate. Numerous hiking and cycling routes start from Nattenheim and lead you through these beautiful landscapes.

7 km away is Bitburg, known for its brewery and lively centre. This is also where you will find many shops for daily shopping.

The region has many castles, fortresses and small museums. The volcanic lakes (the so-called Maare) near Daun are also highly recommended: unique natural phenomena that you will only find in the Eifel region. For families, there are animal parks, climbing parks and swimming pools nearby so that young and old can have a great time.

Finally, a visit to the Moselle region and the ancient Roman city of Trier, Germany's oldest city, is well worthwhile. Here, impressive monuments such as the Porta Nigra and the Amphitheatre take you back to days gone by. You can get there in just half an hour from the house
