Very nice condo, great view, very large and well equipped. My only complaint was workers fixing the windows on the condo next door waking me up at 7:30 am and cranking latin music on a window washing scaffolding, but i don't think the owner has any control and should be finished now.

Very clean unit and great location. We enjoyed our stay! The only negatives were that the ice maker didn’t work and there were not nearly enough wash cloths. I had to wash towels daily. Also, the couch needs to be replaced. It appears to have been spray painted to cover damage.?

Everything was really nice only thing that was an inconvenience was the ice maker in the room was broken and the air conditioner wouldn’t work properly so the coldest we could get the condo during the day was 77 degrees and between 3-4 in the morning we could cool it off to about 74 degrees. Other than that I would of given it a 5 star rating

Navarre Beach Colony East 8A

The Condo was clean and spacious as advertised on VRBO. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc however it would have been nice to have a few storage containers for left over food. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious however the master bath shower leaked a bit. Over all this condo is a nice place to stay and we are considering coming back in the near future.

Perfect Spring Break

Condo was perfect! Very roomy and comfortable. We were super excited when we found out chair and umbrella service was included, we used it everyday. Well stocked unit on the 8th floor, just perfect to have a great view without being too high. Very large balcony. Was great having three full bathrooms. Also it’s a great location. Absolutely beautiful condo! It was super spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The unit offered great amenities (soap, dish washer pods, shampoo, starter coffee pack, etc.). There were kPods available but no Kcup machine. The coffee pot takes normal basket style coffee filters. If you have someone with mobility issues, there is a small step into the shower and out to the patio. The tables both inside and out were counter height pub style tables. Otherwise the condo was very spacious for walker/cane maneuverability. The view from the balcony was stunning, with a pub style table, two adirondack chairs, and two other chairs offering seating for 8 total. This corner unit patio offered plenty of shade through out the day, with very little direct sun exposure. There are two restaurants/bars within walking distance, right next to the pier. The only negative thing to report is the couch is pretty worn, although very comfortable. Otherwise this was the perfect place to stay. Would definitely recommend!
