Just 2.5 miles from the beach, tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood on a cul-de-sac, and nestled in the heart of Navarre. This home is an ideal spot for YOUR laid-back Florida retreat.

Other things to note
IMPORTANT: We don't have any pet-friendly beach areas in Navarre, but there is one in Gulf Breeze. Shoreline Beachside Dog Park is located about 20 miles from the Nook and is specifically designed for pets, making it a great spot for them. Additionally, there are two pet-friendly areas in Pensacola Beach located at lots 21E and 28B, but they are simply designated sections where pets are allowed.
During your stay at this holiday home, you'll be within walking distance of Santa Rosa Sound. Features include laundry facilities. Enjoy your stay with amenities like free WiFi and a kitchen in the holiday home.

Everything about our stay here at "The Navarre Nook" was awesome. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Many items came stocked like soaps, body wash, and other toiletries. The coffee station was a nice touch with many choices. Our dog "Duke" enjoyed his stay with us also, where he could run around in the completely fenced in back yard. And we grilled our first salt water catch on the gas grill outside on the deck. It was an outstanding stay all around Thanks again for everything!Tom, Garrett, & Ryan.

We really enjoyed our spring break stay at the Navarre Nook. This home was cutely decorated, clean, and full of amenities, including a huge fenced in yard for the kids and dogs to play. Location was perfect - short drive to the beautiful beaches and in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again while in the Navarre area. Thanks!

The host is very responsive and helpful. The only thing that is a disappointment is the freezer doesn’t work. The small ice machine is adequate and I actually prefer the small nuggets for my drinks so the ice maker and dispenser not working isn’t a problem but the freezer not working created a problem for traveling back home: No way to carry cold item back home.

For just the two of us and our pet dog, this is the perfect size unit. The kitchen was well equipped, except for storage options for leftover food. I would recommend recommended some plastic wear or bags to the property manager. Although the beds were a little low for our personal taste, the primary bedroom bed was very comfortable to sleep in. Also very close to everything and relatively easy to get in and out of the neighborhood with this traffic light conveniently located.

Nice stay but needs a little work.

House was clean and was nicely stocked the living room couch and chair was very uncomfortable, but the deck in the rear of the house is in such poor shape my foot went through it differently needs major repairs so nobody gets hurt. Overall was not bad.

Mini vacation

Loved the location on the cul-de-sac. Quiet, no traffic and perfect backyard for the dogs. Appreciated the self check-in process which was very easy and convenient. Also liked the later check out time which allowed us to visit our family before leaving and then come back and pick up the dogs. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Navarre’s Little Nugget!

This property is exactly as advertised! If you took the time to read Ashleigh’s story of how the Navarre Nook came to be you can really appreciate its appeal. It was clean, accommodating and comfortable for us and our pets. We wanted for nothing. We have NEVER stayed in a house so equipped! Ashleigh even took the time to drop extra household items by during our stay! The beds were comfortable. Everything was clean and worked properly. We will be back!

This place has EVERYTHING!

This place has EVERYTHING! Convenient location, quiet, impeccably clean, and outfitted with any and every thing you could possibly need for a relaxing beach vacation. Rooms and decor exactly like the listing photos. Wonderful huge backyard with deck, grill, firepit, plenty of seating, and completely fenced in for your fur babies. Even a hammock! Comfortable and cozy with tons of space for everyone. Phone chargers everywhere you look, linens, pillows, towels, games, etc. Coffee makers (and coffee with all the accompaniments!), cute retro toaster, and kitchen implements and gadgets galore! There was absolutely nothing we wanted for during our entire stay. This is THE place. We will definitely be back next year!

Our stay at the Navarre Nook

Our host Ashleigh was great. Very attentive to whatever we might need. Communication with our host was very easy. Her vacation home is very tastefully decorated and comfortable. You couldn't ask for a better location. It was close to the beach and dinning. She had plenty of games at the house for us to play with our family and friends. I will definitely consider staying again.

Perfect getaway for a family and pets.

Ashleigh was super helpful and extremely accommodating. The yard was not only safe and fun for our four-legged family members, but it was also quite relaxing for one of my college kids to lay in the hammock and study. The house had plenty of room for everyone and when you rent this home, you seriously do not need to bring anything but your clothes. Ashleigh has thought of everything! We plan on staying here every time we plan a beach vacation. The house is located in the center of EVERYTHING — from awesome restaurants, to dog parks/beaches, to shopping, exploring, to just driving over the bridge and enjoy a day at one of the many beaches the house is close to. The house is also close to the beach, you feel like you are renting a place on the beach. It was an amazing vacation and such a wonderful house to crash after a long day enjoying Navarre, Pensacola, Fort Worth and Destin.

Home away from home

Very cozy home, Ashleigh is a very accommodating host. Quiet neighborhood and close to beautiful and pristine beaches. Wonderful house

The house was super clean and comfortable. Lots and lots of bonus touches, like a little coffee bar and condiments in the frig. The Navarre Beach painting in the dining room was so pretty and became a favorite photo spot. My dogs enjoyed the big yard and I thankfully brought a bunch of my old sheets to cover furniture just in case. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful as well as close to grocery stores and the beach. We had not seen our daughter in a year and a half as she is stationed in the UK. She was sent to Hurlburt for a few days of training so we jumped on the opportunity to see her. We are so grateful for Navarre Nook and the wonderful hospitality!

We needed a place that would work with our kids and our dogs. From start to finish the owner was absolutely fantastic to work with, very accommodating and even helped when we needed to extend our stay. The location is fantastic and only a few minutes to some of the best beaches the USA has to offer. Quiet, nice neighborhood. House was very clean and owner has lots of outdoor accommodations and beach gear to take with you. Enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to others.

Wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. Our puppies loved the big fenced in back yard. The neighborhood was quiet and the home was clean. The best part was how very well stocked the home was. We didn't need any of the items but there was hygienes and some food items and really all kinds of things for guests.

Couldn’t ask for more!

This precious three bedroom home away from home is everything it said it was and more. Ashley was overly accommodating as we were evacuating from Hurricane Ida. This rental came with complimentary amenities such as shampoo and liquid soap, not to mention a washer and dryer. This property is super clean, too!
