We really liked this place. It started with great communication leading up to the trip. Then the condo was spotlessly clean, beautiful and well appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed (and we cooked a lot), the beds were comfortable, each bedroom had its own bathroom, and the living room furniture was great. Beautiful views from the balcony. Just a great place.

Loved the condo and enjoyed my stay .. did not enjoy the late check in of 4pm. The Condo was empty and ready and I paid for a full day. 4pm when the condo was ready was annoying and I will consider that when I make my next booking.

I thought it could use some updating painting the floor boards, more hooks in bathroom to hang things. The couch had a broken leg (took pictures) and the shade on the fan lite was gone! reported it. All and All very good stay

51 years travelling as a group - my least favorite room - no response from owner/manager.

My family (8 siblings) and their children/grands (80+ total) have vacationed in the Panhandle area of Florida for the past 51 years. I had a couple of issues upon check-in this year. I used the response system from Vacasa to let them be aware of a couple of damaged areas (small areas - holes in baseboard, peeling of edges of cabinets) - but wanted to make sure they were documented as not done by me); The larger problem I was reporting was mold in the master bath. I let them know on the message that I was not happy, that my son-in-law wouldn't even bathe the babies in the master bath (mold came out of the faucet), and that I thought I was overpaying this year. I got nothing but "bot" responses "we'll let the owners be aware". I asked after check-out if I could expect to hear from the owners, and got nothing further. I also let them know in our texts that I did not wish to leave a bad review; that the space itself was lovely -- the living room, dining room, bedroom and deck furniture was all nice, but that the condo itself needed a little overhaul (and that the cleaning was awful). I attached pictures of the mold and the damage. No response.

Beautiful view

Everyday we had a beautiful view of the pier and beach. It was so nice to see the great sunrise in the mornings. Property managers were very responsive with any questions we had.

Home away from Home

We were very happy with our overall stay, place was super clean, easy to follow directions for getting into condo, loved the provided beach items such as boogie boards and sand toys for kids. We had a great time. The only negative to the whole process was the front queen bed mattress was really uncomfortable. Despite this, we would stay again with this host! In fact, already planning another trip!

Good Condo, bad management

The condo was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked for us to cook meals. The condo amenities were nice overall, but the beds could have been nicer than just a foam layer underneath the bottom sheet. The biggest hurdle we had was poor communication from Vacasa/Owners. There was work being down on the condo building and they were resurfacing all the balconies and reinstalling railings, therefore, we were unable to use the balcony during our stay and the workers were jackhammering all day while our children were trying to nap. This was not communicated with us beforehand and we were very disappointed to find out once we arrived.
