NH Collection Heidelberg

"Wir hatten das NH Collection Heidelberg ausgewählt, um ein Weihnachtsmarkt-Wochenende mit Besuch der Märkte in Heidelberg und Mannheim, miteinander zu verbinden.
Die Lage des Hotels ist in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Altstadt und ihrer landläufigen Fußgängerzone.
Eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle liegt ca. 200m vom Hotel entfernt. Von hier aus lassen sich alle Ziele bequem mit den verschiedenen öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichen. Somit kann man während des gesamten Aufenthalts, seinen Pkw in der hoteleigenen Tiefgarage parken.
Die Zimmer im Hotel sind sehr geräumig und modern ausgestattet. Sämtliche Körperpflegemittel, wie z.B. Seife, Duschgel, Shampoo und Hand-u. Körperlotion, waren im Badezimmer vorhanden. Die Dusche war sehr angenehm groß und flach im Einstieg.
Das Bett war sehr bequem, mit einer enormen Kissenauswahl ausgestattet. Ich habe sehr gut geschlafen während unseres Aufenthaltes.
Auch zum Thema Sauberkeit muss ich sagen, waren wir sehr zufrieden mit dem Zimmer.
Das Personal im Hotel war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Egal mit welchem Anliegen man das Personal konfrontiert, es wird alles versucht, die Angelegenheit zur Zufriedenheit zu lösen.
Wir können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden es bei einem erneuten Besuch in Heidelberg, auch gerne wieder für uns auswählen.
P.S. Wenn ich einen Kritikpunkt hätte, dann wäre es die Parkgebühr für die Tiefgarage. Die Kosten von 26€/Tag finde ich persönlich etwas zu hoch.
