Short walk to Tahunanui Beach, and lots of oceanside restaurants. Downtown (major shopping) is 2km away, Tahunanui Beach (including kayak and SUP rental, water park, go-karting and mini-golf) is 900m away on a scenic walking path, and the first of many high-end restaurants is 600m away.

• On the Rocks will be presented with the studio King bed prepared for your stay. If the stowaway bed is required, please request this in advance and bedding will be supplied.
• All utilities, linens & towels, use of property amenities including WiFi, pantry & sanitary basics, departure linen service & standard housekeeping up to 3.5 hours will be included in your booking.
• Extra charges will apply where additional cleaning or excessive rubbish disposal is required.

• Aircon is offered in the living area and master bedroom.
• Car parking - Two off-street car parks are provided for guests. The garage area is not accessible to guests.
• Security Camera - There is a security camera outside the property. This camera surveils the driveway area.
• Noise in the area - The waterfront road is busy & all properties within this area are subject to some road noise. This home is set-back & elevated & has been well insulated to provide comfort & quiet. The road will be busiest during weekday mornings & late-afternoon commute times.

• Early check-in (12pm/noon and in some cases earlier) can usually be offered for an additional charge. Please request this at the time of booking or at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.
