Great service as soon as we got there they let us know about things to do in Nelson and its surroundings gave us MAPS for the Area. The room was fantastic well equipped and clean . They came in everyday and cleaned supplied fresh milk and took out our rubbish i'm so glad we stayed and as i said when i left we will be back.

Do not book here. We specifically booked a spa room arrived to a basic room with a shower. Expedia have no idea what rooms they have available so just book you anything but at the cost of the more expensive room. Expedia refused to refund. Palazzo refuse to refund.
