Modern apartment decorated to a high standard with large private terrace with fantastic sea views, free high speed WiFi, within a quiet urbanisation with shared swimming pool and tennis court.

The property consists of 1 bedroom, living room with dining area, spacious kitchen, bathroom. Easy parking outside the apartment.

The residence is only a 5 minute walk away from a large supermarket and a nice restaurant/tapas bar. The centre of town is a short drive or a 20 minute walk.

The flat is part of a duplex. The upstairs apartment has been created to provide a private space with its own entrance that separates it from our downstairs apartment to give our guests complete privacy.

The bedroom has a king size bed, good size wardrobe, mirror, 2 bedside tables, hot/cold air conditioning and a window that overlooks the terrace with views to the surrounding countryside.

The large living room is divided into a dining area with a table and 4 chairs and a sitting area that offers a comfortable three seater sofa with footrest, easy chair and flat-screen tv. Both spaces have aircon units.

The large kitchen is fully furnished with modern appliances including kettle, toaster, coffee maker, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and microwave.

Sliding doors from the living room provides access to the large terrace which is ideal for al fresco dining and offers views to the sea and countryside.

The complex offers a large swimming pool area and a tennis court.

A fabulous little spot

A beautiful, clean, well-equipped apartment with lovely views towards the sea and the Andalusian mountains from the (large) balcony. With pretty much everything you could need including modern shower room and well-appointed kitchen, aircon and blinds to keep the apartment cool. Hosts were fantastic and gave some brilliant recommendations for places to eat nearby. Nerja is just a short drive away.

Wonderful holiday apartment

We very much enjoyed our stay at Sunset. Monica and Dean were very welcoming and helpful. We are foster carers in our 70’s and needed a well deserved respite holiday. Our first in two years ! We couldn’t have wished for a more relaxing place to stay. The neighbourhood is very quiet and the apartment had lovely views of the mountains and sea. A very well equipped kitchen, above and beyond the usual and some very thoughtful touches that were unexpected. We would definitely recommend the apartment.

A very well appointed apartment

Monica and Dean were the perfect hosts. I was made to feel welcome and comfortable from the moment I arrived. The apartment was immaculate with a bottle of wine a few essentials like coffee, tea, some fresh fruit and some basic cooking items being provided. Nothing was too much trouble and they were readily at hand should I need anything. I couldn’t have wished for more.

Excellent séjour à Nerja

Nous avons passé un excellent Séjour à Nerja. L'appartement est au top pour deux personnes, Monica est disponible pour toute question. Nous avons bien profité des paysages et des petits plats andalous. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Tolle Tage in Nerja

Noch nie eine so saubere Wohnung übernommen. Hundertprozentig zu empfehlen. Parkplatz war kein Problem. In die Stadt waren es nur ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto. Wir hatten tolle 10 Tage.
