The hotel was perfectly located—just 3-4 min walk into the town. The staff was exceptional in terms of friendliness and responsiveness. Of the 4 mornings we were there, the hot air balloons went in flight just 2 days (due to the weather). And 1 if those days, they came right next to the hotel! (Select the balcony room if you can get it!) Incredible experience! The only negative was using the hotel transfer. We had issues upon arrival and departure. Other than that, highly recommend!

Beautiful and well located hotel. Great breakfast. In the upper corner of the city, thus quieter. Great pool. Staff very helpful, and supported booking all the attractions, including balloon rides, tours and transports from and to airport. Make sure to ask receipts for your individual transactions, since different companies are involved. Manager Malik, a highly traveled and experienced professional, was amazing. The hotel puppies were the cherry on the top! Highly recommend it

Great hotel in Goreme

We stayed for three nights in November. Our hotel room was spacious and comfortable. The 24 hour availability of the front desk was appreciated. It was very easy to communicate with them via WhatsApp before and during the stay for any needs that we had. The views of the city were very nice. We espey loved walking up to see the hot air balloons floating in the sky each day. The location is excellent. It’s an easy walk to all the shops and restaurants in Goreme. We want to recognize Arif who is the best employee. He is very hardworking and provides excellent customer service. He works during the day at the reception. He even helped me with some technical issues I had trying to open hot air balloon videos that I purchased. We would highly recommend this hotel!

This hotel was a great choice for our stay in Cappadocia. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The whole hotel and surrounding area were clean. The staff was friendly and very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Secret Hill Cave Suites is a newer property in Goreme bursting with charm and character! For a smaller property there is a great number of choices of suites. I found their website amazing as I could take a virtual walkthrough each suite and my wife and I chose the absolute perfect suite for our needs. The staff were AMAZING! We got a bit turned around on arrival. We called them and one of their amazing staff, Anna, actually came out, met us and drove us up to the property. Secret Hill is set back a bit out of the frey, but is very walkable to many amazing restaurants and shopping. All in all, the entire property was private, elegant and the authentic Turkish breakfast was spot on every day of our week long stay! On our last day, we had a very late flight out of Nevsehir and they were very accommodating with a very late check out. If you are planning a trip to Goreme, this is a perfect choice!

Nice property but the access road is not built so it is walking on the slippery dirt road. It’s on a small hill so carrying the luggage to the room can be challenging. Overall pleasant stay
