Located in the quieter part of Goreme but still close to centre, this property has nice views. Our stone room (looks like cave, but not really cave) is a good size and even has a jacuzzi. But it is really quite run-down. The lighting is dim, the fridge didn't work (but they replaced with new one), and the beds are squeaky. Staff are kind and helpful. Overall good value but don't expect any luxury!

⸻ Everyone at the hotel was very kind and friendly. Great location and a fantastic viewpoint to watch the balloons over Cappadocia. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety of food. However, the facilities could use some maintenance.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff are kind; the breakfast is good; the hotel is very well located, so easy to visit by foot the Red area. Just wish that there is a bit more furniture in the room.

It's so lovely. Close to a property were you can take pics of the.mountains. you can see the balloons from.there. close to all the action. I loved my time here

AWFUL EXPERIENCE- STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHADY HOTEL

Receptionist took a picture of my passport when I arrived for the check in. Another young, naive, overconfident receptionist told me it is common practice to do so, or take a photocopy. No, in safe hotels they only look at it. They asked me 120€ for a hot air balloon ride, even though it was written on the board only 50€. They said something about the company not having been able to ride for a few days. As if that had anything to do with me. The next morning, when I went to get some breakfast, another overconfident staff member asked me if I had checked in that day. As if I had sneaked in to get free breakfast. Embarrassing. Room had heating on lowest, despite low temperatures. I had to ask them twice to turn it up. Cheap hotel and great location, but I am sure you can find other hotels nearby where they respect their guests. Do not recommend.
