Everything was great. Very friendly staff. We stayed in Kaftan cave suite with amazing hot air balloon view in the morning. Be warned that there is no daily room cleaning, but they will clean it for you if you ask. We had a 4 day stay and got the room cleaned on the day 2.

A beautiful and charming hotel. We stayed here as a family of four and we all absolutely adored this place. Delicious Turkish breakfast served every morning by the lovely Ogi, and it has the most amazing views especially at sunrise you can see all the hot air balloons - it’s a really magnificent sight. Location is great, and Eren is unbelievably helpful and welcoming, goes the extra mile to help with info and helping to organise trips and tours. We stayed in a two-bed suite with our kids, comfy, cosy and spacious. This is a really special place, we’ll definitely be back :)

This hotel experience was amazing, highly recommend it. Family trip of three adults and we got the Sultan Suite Room, loved the ambiance. All the people (Eren, Can and all people who worked there) were amazing, friendly, helpful and like other reviews said, did everything they could to make our trip pleasurable. They helped us with booking ATV ride and hot air balloon 💭 ride (highly recommending both). And their breakfast was the most delicious, generous (try their “menemen” Turkish scrambled eggs style. I would definitely go there again if I am back to Kapadokya!

We had an excellent stay at Takaev. The room was clean, spacious, and had all of the amenities we needed. Eren was incredibly welcoming and helpful, and would check up on us often to ensure we were having a good time. You also get an awesome view of the hot air balloons in the mornings. Would definitely go back in a heartbeat!

Esperienza unica in Cappadocia

Uno dei migliori hotel che ricordiamo, soprattutto per il servizio 5 stelle che abbiamo ricevuto. Eren e il suo team sono stati fantastici, prendendosi cura di noi dal primo istante, quando all’arrivo nostro figlio ha preso una brutta distorsione alla caviglia e lo hanno subito curato con ghiaccio e arnica. Eren ci ha dato molti consigli sui luoghi da visitare e i ristoranti in cui mangiare. Ricorderemo con grande piacere le lunghe chiacchierate, come si fa a casa tra amici. Per il resto, location molto bella in posizione ideale per vedere le mongolfiere all’alba, facile parcheggiare nei dintorni e raggiungere il castello di Uchisar e le tante Cave house che ci sono a Uchisar (molto meglio di Goreme). Colazione fantastica!

Great views and helpful staff

Great stay. Nice location in Uchisar with a great view of the balloons over Goreme. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Erin. Room was large and had a great shower, nice breakfast. Not as many dining choices nearby as Goreme if that is important to you. Good location if you want to hike down into Love or Pigeon valleys.
