Best location and best service and staff.

I recently stayed at a charming cave-style boutique hotel - the Niche Hotel in Cappadocia, and it truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel like part of the family—friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful. They even went out of their way to assist me with a tire pressure warning issue on my car, which was such a relief during my travels. The hotel itself is cozy and full of character, carved into the rock in true Cappadocian style. Breakfast was a highlight each morning—plenty of delicious options, and they prepare fresh dishes on the spot that really hit the spot before a day of exploring. But what makes this place truly special is the location. It’s nestled at the bottom of the hill, just steps from the town center, so after a long day of sightseeing, you don’t have to climb uphill to get back—such a thoughtful convenience! Even better, it’s only about a 9-minute walk to one of the best sunrise and sunset viewpoints, perfect for watching the hot air balloons drift across the sky. In short, this hotel doesn’t just offer a place to sleep—it offers a place to feel at home. If you’re looking for warmth, comfort, and unbeatable access to Cappadocia’s magic, this.

Saeed was fantastic in checking us in and very friendly and helpful. He made everything go smoothly. The hotel itself was great. Breakfast was great too. Situated in a central location whith access to shops and close to balloon experience sites. As a bonus, you can see the balloons early in the morning too.

Hilal, the hotel proprietor is one on the nicest, friendliest, and knowledgeable person I’ve ever met. She has a great team around her that are always willing to go the extra mile. They are well trained and very good at keeping the hotel spotless. Our stay included breakfast and the food was excellent. The kitchen staff are always happy to serve and friendly. I would highly recommend the Niche Cave Hotel. When you stay here they treat you like family.

Hot air balloon ride

Amazing hotel within walking distance of food, shopping and beauty. Go to the roof around 5am if you’d like to see the Hot Air Balloons! Be sure to check out byikman’s Cappadocia Souvenirs for great pictures and jewelry!

Spectacular Hotel!

This hotel was beyond amazing. If I could give it a thousand stars I would. It's sparkling clean with everyday cleaning service and restock. The customer service is excellent. All the staff are super friendly, helpful and always there if you need anything. Hila was wonderful with helping us book all activities through the hotel for a stress free trip. Ahmed is a super nice guy always smiling and helped us with everything we need. Denizens and Gulhan are sweet ladies that made us fresh omelets, eggs and more options to choose from besides the breakfast buffet that was already set up in cafeteria. The room was spacious with many beautiful details and cave style decor. I absolutely loved our stay here at the Niche Cave Hotel. I 100% recommend it! Thank you!

A Home away frome home! Amazing experience staying at The Niche Cave Hotel. Location perfect, room amazing and suuuper clean, breakfast is excelent and homemade! When go to day-tour watch out the ceramic show, they try to sell something located behind workshop area, so never buy them because they are 4 times cheaper in downtown shops. 2.
