Le moulin à vent de Waterwheel est un condo privé appartenant aux Waterwheel Condominiums sur la rivière Guadalupe à New Braunfels. Profitez de l'étendue riveraine de 5 acres d'herbe luxuriante sous les arbres de noix de pécan et de cyprès. Détendez-vous dans l'un des quatre bains à remous, plongez dans les deux piscines et jouez et pêchez dans la rivière Guadalupe.

Vous vous sentirez à l'écart de la foule nichée dans un quartier calme, tout en bénéficiant d'un accès rapide et facile à tous les points chauds. Schlitterbahn est à 6 pâtés de maisons dans la rue, Hinman Island Park et le City Tube Chute sont à moins de 2 km et vous pourrez vous rendre au centre-ville de New Braunfels, au parc Landa ou à l'historique Gruene Historic en 5 minutes.

Tous les conforts de la maison sont fournis, y compris une cuisine entièrement équipée avec tous les appareils modernes et stockée avec de nombreux ustensiles de cuisine et vaisselle. Great location

Definitely An Experience to remember

First off I just want to thank the host Suzanne she was amazing responded very quickly and sent us all the information in a timely manner. This place is amazing close by restaurants, a Walmart and CVS for quick little essentials we forgot back at home. Very clean and safe, people are very respectful and honest. This place comes with an elevator which was very convenient we were able to wagon our things up to our floor, and a ramp to take our wagon to the river. The river is a walking distance with a beautiful view. The back patio which we used to eat our watermelon has a great view of the pool! I definitely will stay here again definitely a place of memories! My birthday weekend was a success!

Great condo with easy and enjoyable access to river floating!

Our recent stay was wonderful! The entire process was easy and the condo was just like previous reviews stated. Great complex. We stayed during the week and it was quiet. My kids had the pool almost to themselves the entire stay. The complex is near the Guadalupe River and all we had to do was take a short walk up the road, could float about an hour, and landed right at the condo. Host has tips and maps of the area so we could maximize our time there. Our family loved it! This unit is so comfortable. The two bedroom/baths are super clean and the living area is great although we spent a great deal of time on the patio overlooking the pool. Stocked kitchen made it easy to cook our own meals. We'll definitely stay here if we visit NB again.

Great getaway spot

We went to enjoy the river and this spot is perfect for that! The river is basically in your backyard! The unit was super cute and very clean! Washer and dryer is in the unit and there were laundry pods 🙂 Super convenient when you don’t want your clothes to stay wet and dirty from the river Well stocked w tp and towels and the pool is right outside your balcony. We will definitely stay again!

Weekend Getaway

We came into town for a wedding and enjoyed so much more. We spent some time down at the river, sat in the hot tub, found a wonderful local restaurant close by and went shopping in Gruene. The location is perfect, the condo was so clean and the owner was easy to reach (although we had no issues). We will be back!

Great Location and good sized condo.

Had deer wondering around the property. Pools were nice and there is a nice rock fountain feature. Easy parking. We were not at the condo much because we drove to Kerrville to see the eclipse.

Extended Weekend Getaway

We found the accommodations to be comfortable and the location to local eateries & places of interest was great. We celebrated my dad's 75th birthday here! My parents had the primary bedroom and said the pillows were not the best but they enjoyed the space in the bedroom. They do caution other older adults that the shower floor was extremely slippery in the primary bathroom. They choose to shower in the secondary bathroom after their first shower. The secondary bedroom had a queen size bed that was comfortable for me and I appreciated having my own TV in that bedroom. The kitchen had the basics we needed, but the corkscrew was broken so we purchased a souvenier for ourselves the next day. Overall would stay here again and would recommend visiting the New Braunfels area during the non-peak time of summer as the less crowds and cooler weather were highly enjoyable!

Came to visit family in the area and this was a great place to stay. Had very relaxing views a great community of people that live and are visiting like me. The Condo was very clean and neat. Had very nice accomodations and plenty of room thru our the Condo. Was off season for tubing which was nice because was less traffic and more quiet for me. But would like to come during the Summer this place had wristbands for the area. Definitely highly recommend to anyone. And Suzanne is the best very nice and was available with text and call.
