Not horrible, but a pass

Staff was great and very friendly. Breakfast was terrible and no cream for coffee. Room had a clogged toilet and when I went to desk, they didn’t have someone ‘at that time’ to fix it. So I said just to give me a plunger and I would just do it. The comment I heard was ‘ I like when guests just do it themselves’. Ok, where’s my discount then? Area is a little sketchy too.

This confort inn was exactly what we needed it to be, a clean place to rest on the way to our destination. Clean, just off the highway, with a Starbucks nearby and your standard " continental" breakfast.

This hotel responded to our needs for one night, it was calm and we had a spacious bedroom. However, the carpets were a bit dirty and one blanket had a hole. Staff should have replaced it. Breakfast was good, with a good choice of meals. Overall, a good place to stay.
