Our room, at first, appeared to be comfortable and quiet. The quietude changed in the middle of both nights. The refrigerator began making a very loud rattling noise; was it the compressor? fan? motor? I couldn't unplug the fridge without upsetting the television. It took about 45 minutes each night to maneuver the fridge into a position that would still the noise. I myself became rattled and couldn't get back to sleep. Because we had to get up early, both nights offered no rest. Moreover, there was scant amount of coffee in the room (and NONE in the lobby) to perk me up, so we had to find some elsewhere How could a major chain hotel get away with such shoddy service?

I liked this hotel but the area around it is not good. There are signs all over the parking lot that say to park at your own risk. Junkies all over the place. I wasn’t able to have breakfast because it was closed at 9:45. Also, my left a shoe behind in my room. I’m came back to retrieve it a week later and I guess housekeeping threw it away.

We stayed for one night, and it was the perfect price for what we needed. The hotel was clean, parking was easy, and the location was ideal close enough to Foxwoods to grab dinner, do a little shopping, and spend some time gambling. Overall, it was a great stay and an excellent value for the price!
