people were nice and friendly, but condition of room not good. i usually stay in the Quarter but the hotels were booked because of the super bowl, so I ended up staying here. wont do again.

We had no hot water, we had requested to fix. However the next night something no hot water, then the toilet kept running all night, we had to request that to be fixed. We needed 2 remotes to work the tv. Breakfast wasn’t served at the times. I will say front desk staff was pleasant, however I will not recommend this location again.

Impactful construction burdened my stay

It's a huge issue when the shower doesn't work properly. The shower water temp never worked correctly the 4 days I was there. I barely had any hot water Friday and Monday, On Saturday and Sunday I only had hot water. I went to the front desk Friday, Saturday, and Sunday and told them what was going on. While maintenance did try to address the issue Friday, they did not do it correctly. By Saturday the water was scalding hot. It was so hot you could not shower. I went back on Saturday and asked them to look into it again. On Sunday the hot water problem remained. I told them again Sunday and by Monday the water was barely warm again. Also, little things in a hotel room are important. There was no trash can, no phone, no hair dryer, and no sink soap. There was also no room number outside my door. While these are small things, I don't know how someone thinks it's a good idea to be open if you can't adequately care for your guests. It's a poor business model. Really disappointed with this level of service when it was $600/night. Even if it was Super Bowl weekend.

Awful hotel. Left with bedbug bites on my ankles. The entire hallway was full of debris when I entered my room. No trash can in my room. No soap. No shampoo. One towel. Pool was disgusting. Breakfast was awful. I wish I had something nice to say about this hotel, but it was hilarious how bad it was. :)

They were fixing up the hotel and there was a lot of mess. They don't know how to communicate with tourists. If I had known, I wouldn't have gone. I feel like they only cared about the payment for the lodgment (the money). I even found the main door of the hotel closed several times. They don't care about the tourist

This hotel sent me a message the day of arrival. I had to drive 7.5 hours, looked at my phone to see there would be NO water if I planned to stay there. Of course I cancelled…. And had to obtain assistance with securing another place to stay the night. Why not send a text message or call me?!

The staff was so nice and helpful. Unfortunately, the hotel is under massive renovations and everything was either not available due to the renovations or it was tore up. The beds were super comfortable but the room was not appealing. Baseboards were all tore off and the room was in need of a lot of updating. I’m sure once the renovations are complete, this will be a beautiful hotel but for what we paid per night, I think I could have stayed somewhere that was more put together and had the services advertised available.
