Confusion

Checked in Super Bowl weekend and paid $7600 for 3 nights for two double beds. They initially gave me a king size bed in a room half the size which was not acceptable. The manager showed my reservation from Expedia, not hotels .com , with a king size selection chosen. After much confusion ,and asking for a refund ,he miraculously came up with the correct room selection(that which was not available upon check-in 15 minutes earlier) .

You are family and treated that way. We were held captive at the hotel by a winter storm... With snow... In New Orleans. We were welcomed, fed, and entertained by playing bingo with other guests and staff. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.thank you for your excellent care?

Amazing staff!

We were stuck in New Orleans for three extra nights due to the snowstorm and the staff was absolutely wonderful. They went above and beyond providing food for the guests and even setting up bingo nights! Besides that, the location was great for walking everywhere and the room was very clean. I would definitely stay here again!

The reception my family and I received from Akaila at the front desk and Jeff the bellman was a shining example of exceptional hospitality. They greeted us with warm smiles and immediately made us feel welcomed, setting the tone for a wonderful stay. What a fantastic first impression! Both Akaila and Jeff were well-prepared and knowledgeable about their amazing city, eagerly sharing recommendations for places to visit and dine—perfectly tailored to include activities suitable for our young daughter. They even provided a map and took the time to highlight must-see attractions, making us instantly excited to explore. The management should feel incredibly fortunate to have such outstanding employees. Akaila and Jeff ensured that the first impression of the hotel was nothing short of remarkable.
