The hotel had just switched from another brand to Wyndham. No restaurant or bar because they were still redecorating. The room was comfortable and clean. It included an easy chair and a desk chair, and a full-length mirror.

No hot tub or pool available, no information given about available amenities, loud music from guestrooms, mold in bathroom, a bug attacked me, beautiful lobby with shabby guestroom furnishings, obvious water/wetness issue, rude front desk receptionist for evenings/night shift. I mean she sneered at me as soon as I walked into the building! Won't be staying here again...

It appears the property is going through some renovation, with many things like the pool, icemakers, elevators, etc having "out of service" labels. The lobby looks FANTASTIC, but as we were looking for our room, there were staff members mopping up water in the hallways from - maybe leaky roof? After we had booked, we checked back and one of the reviews said "permanently closed" - it appears this property has gone through a change in ownership. It appears that, at one time, this was quite a fancy conference center and hotel, but has fallen into serious disrepair. In our room, the air conditioner was very loud, and appeared to be coming loose from the wall. VERY disappointing experience. And when I asked the front desk in the morning where I could find coffee - I was told "in your room". What hotel does not have coffee in the lobby? Again - VERY disappointed.

Beautiful entryway/lobby. No shuttle service on M & T; which was point of choosing that hotel. No dining area. Room had peel and stick flooring that was NOT sticking in several areas.

Easiest to get to airport

The outside of the building was a bit run down BUT the inside lobby was GRAND. It had marble floors and beautiful club chairs and artwork. The room was nice and clean. The towels were okay. It was close to the airport.

They bought the property from someone. They have renovated the inside beautifully. They will be renovating the outside next so don't let the exterior scare you. I like the 24 hour airport shuttle.
