The room was clean but definitely had a musty smell to it. The smell was not just in our room it was around the entire hotel like it was something in their normal money air conditioner unit. The room was cleaned but the bed was was definitely hard. I would stay there again but this smell was so bad I had to go and get some air freshener

Myself and my girls enjoyed our stay here at Comfort Suites New Orleans East!! The staff was great, Ms Wanda at the front desk is the biggest sweetheart!! The room was clean and they came in each day to clean. Breakfast is a nice spread. There's absolutely no complaints here!! I will stay again. ♥️
