1 there is no way you can park and pay. it has to be valet. and then it's $50 a day. then the room air condition was too loud. they tied to move us somewhere else and it was just as bad. we did not stay there even though they told us we will loose our money.

The location of the property is so convenient, walkable to lots of the area around the French Quarters. The rooms were big and with the balcony made it more spacious. Having breakfast on the property was so convenient for us, and it was very good. The cocktail hour give it an extra star from us, we really did enjoy the atmosphere during that time.

the web site says it has parki g and valet parking, but only offers valet parking for $49 on top of the room and security charge. I had to park in the street at a meter and wait till 7pm the first room i was given had wooden blinds looking into the room from the hallway and had a strong smell of something rotten. the second room was a bit nicer in layout but due to the humidity the AC was so loud it kept me up most of the night and i got little to no sleep.

It is an older hotel and the room smelled funky and also there was mold in the bathroom, not very comfortable beds. Staff was excellent and very friendly! The breakfast buffet lacks more variety.
