Ghosts were respectful. Staff was excellent and very responsive. Property is a little bit worn, but the staff immediately fixed a few items that were in disrepair.

Location, location, location!!! Great location on the edge of the French Quarter. Nice walk to almost any area with the quarter you might want to visit. Many food, dining, and other activities 10-15 min or shorter away. We stayed in an interior room to minimize noise. Room was a nice king, night stands, dresser along with a closet and bathroom and large TV. Served of our needs. Staff was friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again!!

One of our best stays ever

Wonderful stay right in the middle of everything but quiet room. Staff was excellent. Housekeeping must have been keeping an eye on when we left the hotel because we were in and out multiple times throughout the day and without fail they'd been through before our first return. The courtyard and poolhouse were well kept and provided a nice place to unwind in the evening.

You can’t beat this location! It’s a beautiful hotel and is well kept with a great courtyard. I took off 1 star because our room had no window and was quite dark but otherwise I would absolutely recommend this place.

There are a lot of good things about the French Market Inn - it is relatively quiet, in a good and convenient location, and the room is adequately sized with a good bathroom and shower. There is also a pleasant courtyard. The negatives are relatively minor. Staff were fine but not great. The room has nothing with drawers and only two hangers. It is a fine place to stay but nothing special.
