We had a great stay. Most of the staff were helpful. Breakfast was good, but not a lot of variety. Our room was clean; housekeeping just forgot to fill the shampoo and conditioner containers. The hotel offers coffee and tea all day long. We would come back to stay. Thank you Hampton Inn & Suites!

Cruise Away!

Had a great experience before and after our cruise. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Very quiet. Just wish there were more places to eat without walking a long distance. Shuttle to and from ship was a stress free experience.

Rooms and hotel is clean and nice. Valet and hotel staff was VERY RUDE to say the least. Me and my guest had a few pieces of luggage, but there was not any luggage carts. I asked for assistance and was told it was not their job to help guest with luggage. Front desk staff did not explain the most convenient route to access elevators closest to my room. Upon leaving valet attendant pulled up in my car, there was another car ahead of him who pulled away, instead of pulling my car up to guest valet waiting area, he left it where it was. I asked if he was going to pull up closer and he told me he got my car because another valet worker was unable to but my vehicle was not originally assigned to his area. At $44.00 a day for parking I definitely expected better service than that. Hotel and rooms- NICE! Customer Service-SUCKS!

Definitely booking again.

This hotel was amazing, I booked it not realizing how close it was to the Smoothie King Center for a concert I attended with my daughter. The check in process was seamless and the room was absolutely perfect, very spacious it almost felt like a studio apartment. The bed was so comfortable. Also the valet accommodations were very convenient I would definitely stay here again. Amazing property.
