Staff is great! Slidell is South Louisiana. Therefore there is no need for a down Duvet'. You either have a sheet or a down Duvet'. We either froze or were too warm.

The entire experience was peaceful and felt like home away from home. Breakfast felt so personable and the woman who prepared it all and set everything up was friendly and inviting. The location is somehow still close to everything but feels private. This is our new favorite place to stay when visiting Slidell.

The only thing is, and I know the ladies cleaning have to do it and move to another room, but the bathroom floors were dirty. We face that at a lot of places, but if there is a way to make the bathroom floor not be dirty, that would be nice.
