The room was clean, comfortable and has charming decorations. Staff are friendly and professional. Excellent location, but you need to valet your car. We arrived at 8pm Friday night, the temporary parking was fully occupied, the road was busy traffic, so it’s difficult for us to manage our luggage from car to hotel, luckily the restaurant in front of the restaurant allowed us to park there.

If you want to be right in the middle of the action in the French Quarter with a nice place to sleep. This is the location for you. The staff are super nice and helpful. The rooms are small and clean but that’s normal for the French Quarter.

These staff are the absolute BEST. We had a booking snafu (user error on our part) and the staff were SO accomodating and understanding. Special shout-out to Rex at the overnight desk and the housekeeping staff, but truly every staff member was so kind, courteous, helpful, and professional. Rooms were clean and felt like a second home during our stay. The showers were amazing, although the bathroom fans left a little to be desired and it could get quite hot/humid while showering. Hotel AC was AMAZING and so nice to cool off in after wandering around the French Quarter during the heat of the day, location was like 5 minutes from anything of interest and it was stupid convenient to walk to/from. The sound insulation was incredible: as a light sleeper I was stunned at how little street noise permeated up through the 4th floor! The inner courtyard was so nice and relaxing. Would absolutely book here again, it was well worth the price!

This was our second time staying at Hotel Mazarin. That should pretty much speak for itself! The hotel is nice and clean and far enough away from Borboun Street to quiet down. Staff is super friendly and accommodating and the bar next door is awesome.
