I had two back to back reservations. Juliajoy (JJ) went out of the way resolve an issue with my room. Really appreciate her quick resolution (of my 2nd reservation)! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New Orleans who would like to be in a central location. Would also recommend the Iberville Tower based rooms at this hotel since they are amazing!

We visited between Christmas and New Years and absolutely loved this property. All of the staff were amazing, the Christmas decorations were beautiful and it was surprisingly quiet in the rooms. Despite facing the street, we rarely heard noise. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great stay! Staff was kind and welcoming!! Rooms are clean, beds and pillows are comfortable! The carousel bar was so fun the drinks ambiance and music is amazing!! However if you want to sit in the famous rotating carousel get to the bar early or you might stand for an hr or two waiting for someone to leave.. needless to say we didn’t get to sit in the carousel but overall enjoyed our stay :)
