Very Nice Hotel

Very nice hotel down the street from Bourbon Street. I wanted to be close to the action but still in a quiet area. Everything was nice and the room was clean. I would definitely stay here again

I love this hotel location right on Canal street. Walking distance from a lot of shopping and dinning options. Minutes from Magazine street and a 30-45 minute walk from the French Market. The facilities were very clean and staff were friendly, helpful and approchable. Daily breakfast until 10 am was good everyday!

Room was very nice; however, bathroom was so tiny. We did like the convenience to the Saenger since we were there for a concert. Parking accommodations leave a lot to desire. We have a large GMC pick-up and getting it through the parking garage, then figuring out how to get to the hotel, was quite a challenge!

We loved this property. Pretty and clean. Everyone was very nice at the front desk. The location was just right for walking to Bourbon Street and other sights. The immediate vicinity was pretty calm and quiet. The bus and trolley stops were very close. Good breakfast buffet that rotated each day (eggs, meats, waffles, etc.). We'll be back!

This is my second time visiting this hotel. The first time, they were in the process of remodeling it. This time, it was finished, and I loved it! The rooms are spacious and bright. I love that they have full light fixtures in the ceiling! Most hotels only have lamps for lights. The only issue I had was the air conditioning. It was not cooling properly. We called and the front desk sent someone to check it out for us. He said he "reset" it and should be cooler soon. We were rushing to get to a concert. So, we didn't stick around much longer to see if it actually was cooler. But when we returned, we soon noticed that the a/c was still not cooling properly. We were late getting in, so we decided to tough it out thru the night. Next time, I will ask to move to another room if this issue arise. Other than the a/c problem, the room was nice and I will stay there again.
