We enjoyed it.

Overall nice. We had a bourbon balcony so it was loud at night which was expected. A/C in room kept it cool but still kinda hot 72/73 even though we had it set at 68.

Located near Bourbon street. Make sure to get the rooms facing the court yard otherwise you will not sleep well. The elevators were extremely slow and one was out of order during my stay. The pool is great for swimming but the floor tiles surrounding the pool were loose. Staff was accomodating.

This property is THE BEST for visiting the the French Quarter. Its location is perfect for restaurants and walling. The staff was wonderful to us and we lucky to have found it.

Big property, overall clean, staff was very friendly and professional BUT to have 2 of the 3 elevators Non-operable, is a shame. Good location, good amenities, very good staff. If you are older or have mobility problems - this is not the ideal property.

So check in experience was not good. Recieved an alert my room was ready early morning. My son also had a room and paid for early check in. We went out and returned at 2pm. I was told we'll see what deal we can make for you for early check in. i very nicely said i had paid for the room and wasnt going to pay for early check in she said you need to get a text and just wait. i recieved another email a few minutes later. i waited while she took 2 others before me and im pretty convinced the room at the farther end of the hotel was because of that interaction. Not great customer service. Room was nice bathroom light mayvhave been on a timer but consistently shut off. Never fixed, Saturday night the noise, horns and music was extremely loud. We didnt need it but room said it slept 3. No pull out sofa. on good note all other staff was great. The gentleman who I think was in charge of the bell hops was awesome. Always had time for egeryone. The bartenders were great.
