My colleague called before he left home to ensure his room would be ready. The Staff said he did not have a reservation. The reason they could not find his reservation was because "Dr" was in front of his name! The Expedia rep confirmed to me that he saw the reservation and provided the confirmation number. That made checking-in unnecessarily stressful.
