The location is Fire! ❤️‍🔥 The People who work there are Super Friendly! I did Love Our Time!! The Building needs a few Pick Me Ups, so that is where the 4 stars come from. The Cleaning Staff is visible Daily, & they will care for your Room as much as you like!✨

The property was located in a great location. Walking distance to lots of attractions like the French quarter, casino, shopping etc. The decor is modern and posh. The aesthetics are very warm, cozy, and inviting. Staff level of friendliness was less than average considering the hustle and bustle of Mardi Gras weekend. We had an issue with our toilet in room 604 the moment we arrived and requested maintenance. They came within 5 minutes and the toilet worked but not for long. It clogged again but we left for the evening to attained a ball and didn’t worry about it until the next morning. We called the front desk first thing that morning to report the issue. No one came to fix it. We went down twice to the lobby to report it again and no one came to fix it. We were forced to use the lobby restroom due to the issue. While getting dressed to leave a man from housekeeping opened our door without knocking and said housekeeping. It felt unsafe and scary since it was 3 ladies in that room. Upon check out that same day I informed the same person I reported the toilet issue to multiple times that the toilet was never fixed and housekeeping entered our room without knocking. She asked if we paid for the room using a third party and then closed out our stay. Very rude and unprofessional behavior/attitude. The hotel has potential but I would not book again due to the issues with the bathroom and the staff rudeness.

Hotels.com fails it’s customers.

I had RM 401 and when i checked in, aside from the queen size bed being 5” smaller than a queen size bed, the room was fine. When I returned later in the evening, th room smelled of natural gas. I complained and was told that their laundry facility two floors down emits smells. I couldn’t believe it. I had to find my own hotel as the Hotels team failed me due to a dropped call. The team didn’t even call me back. Supposedly I was to get a $75 voucher in my 1 dollars account and it isn’t there.

I really like the contemporary look and how spacious the rooms are however the bathroom is a little small. The staff was nice Clint was especially nice. The only complaint I have is when my room was cleaned they removed all the washcloths and did not replace them. I forgot to pack disposable travel towels. I called the front desk and asked for towels waited for over 30 minutes no towels...I called back and was told they were putting some in the dryer. The following morning I called again and never received towels. Thankfully one of the other people I was traveling with had towels in her room.
