Gut: Ausstattung
I've stayed at this property before and had no reservations about staying again. Let me stress by saying, at no point was there more than 10-15% (by outward appearances) occupancy.
Pluses: Room was clean and fairly new.
Minuses: My room was further to the backside of the property. I'd have to leave the water run for 5 minutes before I would have hot water in a severely under pressured shower.
Secondly, over the course of 5 nights, my room wasn't serviced once, and after the 3rd night, I had to go ask for fresh towels. (again, not that busy)
Lastly, beware of and don't feed the neighborhood strays. I was sitting outside my room having a smoke and one of the extended residents asked for a light. After joining me for a smoke, my bad, he asked if I had any extra, and when I declined, pointed out a few places nearby to restock. The stray, seemed to be hanging out waiting for my return the next day to ask for another light. I noped out of that situation. (Just an annoying encounter that I brought on myself)
