I loved the bar and the staff, they were super friendly and helpful at all hours I needed them. My only issue was the experience with the restaurant since it appears that it was partially closed and only served a fraction of the original menu, and this wasn’t advertised or communicated anywhere before my stay or booking. Other than that, the service and the facilities were great!

Room service very limited and food quality not great (not at all hot). QR code not working for RS, phone not working, had to visit Reception to order. Burger tasted like it was from a well used grill (old fats)

I enjoyed the stay..Good housekeeping,very clean place,the bartender was awesome!!However,i only had one complaint & that was their room service doest deliver,you have to go downstairs to get your food!!

The valet that has the long braids in his head made me feel somewhat uncomfortable walking around the hotel with no shirt on and all he does was smoke. Weed a valet, who parks cars. Then he set his big self set on top of the counter.Where you check in at it made me feel very. Uncomfortable

My review about this property is that it was just OK. It’s in a great location but that’s about it. The staff were nice. Keep in mind you HAVE to valet and it’s pretty expensive. I was told my car would take 6 min to go get. That never happened I waited 30+ min EVERY TIME. I even had to cancel the valet and pay for uber to make our reservations. Also they have bell staff so when I asked for a luggage cart I was refused and told bell staff needed to come which also took 45 min. My room was clean but it smelled horrible like a wet basement. I will say the housekeeping staff came everyday and made sure my room was kept nice. So overall it was an ok stay definitely not horrible but not great. Would recommend if you’re doing anything at the convention center as it’s walking distance and also close to the Starbucks. If their routines improve in sure it would be a fantastic place.

It was a nice stay. The complimentary drink vouchers were a nice touch. Hot water was hot as soon as you turned the hot water knob👍. Staff was also very friendly and gave great recommendations. Parking is tricky in New Orleans and they were also very helpful in that area.
