The room did not provide any dish towels or dish rack, the stove looked unsafe for use. The walls were full of stains and were sticky. There was a toenail stuck in one of the blankets. It was impossible to sleep because the hot water heating was clanking very loudly throughout the night. The staff told me that they would make an exception for me to have my cash security deposit returned, they did not return it on my departure. They said they would mail it to me and asked me to write my address on a post it note. He then said I could call the police if I didn’t receive it. There was no where to put our belongings in the room, not even a shelf. They charged a property fee that was the same price as my entire rental and when I asked them to explain these charges they said it was for towels and cleaning, however we were told we could not have more clean towels and there was no cleaning service at all. The managers were rude and refused to reimburse me or compensate me in any way. The front desk staff pretended to be nice to my face then told another client I was unbelievable. One day there was no heat and no hot water at all. The table was so small we had to eat on our beds. There were no chairs only stools, and you could only see the tv from one of the top bunks. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I feel I was scammed.
