Lobby is disappointing compared to what photos led me to expect. Rooms are good and clean and spacious, but the hallways remind you this was nothing fancy in its near past. Would try something else next time. Location is pretty lame Staff were excellent.

I would stay at this hotel again, the only down side was there was no coffee or tea in the room. When i asked the front desk they told me they had a coffee bar in the lobby. Other than that, clean and comfy rooms

Excellent front desk. Very cool hotel. It’s a happening spot. The room was exactly as pictured and very unique. The hotel is above the subway so you occasionally feel the rumble. Good location too! We would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again. Parking was also very close by.

Ace does it again

Top notch as only Ace can do. It’s the liveliest place in the area, and a short distance from the Brooklyn Paramount. The staff was all so lovely, helpful, and fun. The bar is incredible. That area is a bit commercial blah, but the hotel is well worth a stay.

Had a great stay at the Ace Hotel in Brooklyn! The vibe was stylish yet relaxed, and the location was perfect. Quiet and peaceful, yet just steps away from restaurants, shops, and the subway. Super walkable area, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were comfortable, and quiet. Would definitely stay here again!
