Perfect for our city exploring vacation. Easy to walk everywhere and also many subway stations close by. The Late Show Theater is just around the corner.

I really loved my stay at the hotel. The bed was super comfortable and the staff was really nice. We didn't have the view we thought we would have but they moved us to a room with a better view. They were very helpful to us. We got our transportation back to the airport cheaper than we came. I didn't know the hotel could have helped with transportation from the airport. I will remember that for next time, I will be back to stay at Ameritania Hotel at Times Square. I need to know what type of mattress does the hotel use. I need to purchase one just like that. Thank you for the pleasant stay!!

Beware room quality not consistent

We were put in a tiny room which would have been fine. But it was dirty. Mysterious red liquid running down the wall near an access panel. Big gap under the door. Toilet so close to the wall that there was not enough room for a grown adult to sit. This room should be illegal. We’ve stayed here before and it was good but this room was horrible

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Ameritania - will stay here again. All the staff from front desk, bellmen, bar, to housekeeping were friendly and helpful. Our room with 2 double beds was other than average in a city such as New York. Great location.

I reserved a room but the day I was due to check in I was called and they told me they were overbooked so I didn't get a chance to stay there. However, the hotel reversed the charge, and then went and charged me again so now I have to spend time trying to get reimbursed. Glad I check my statements.

The hotel was very close to the Broadway shows and restaurants. Very convenient and we didn’t have to get a rental and saved a lot of money on cab fare. Most places were in walking distance. What I didn’t like was the construction going on and we were not made aware of this before booking the room. The room was not that spacious but it’s cool if it’s just for one person. Overall it was a good experience.
