Loved everything about this property. Sits right in the community and right off of the highway. Rooms were spacious, beds were ok. Our view was perfect to the NY skyline. The staff was super nice and the check in/ out process was smooth.

From the first day, the staff were just fantastic. Helping us find rooms right across the hall from each other that were spotless when we walked in. We walked to the subway each day, which was a short and highly convenient walk. We got to explore every day, and then the small market at the front desk was perfect to grab a water before heading to our rooms at night.

This is a very nice little Hotel at south Brooklyn area. Excellent hospitality from all the staff, modern room features and a good and healthy lite breakfast. Highly recommend!

The hotel is sparkling clean. Plenty off-street parking. Close to public transportation. The front desk staff wasn’t that friendly though. overall highly recommended.

This property scores well as it's still in its new and clean condition. I'm not sure why this was zoned to be built across from a school (privacy) but I guess that's New York for you. Overall this property is nice, with great bagel and chopped cheese options across the street (Dyker Bagels and Natural Deli). I hope they keep this property up because there aren't many decent hotels in Brooklyn.

It was easy to get to, things were clean. The staff was friendly enough, but seemed bored . There were times it was hard to find someone at the desk to ask questions or get other assistance.

The staff was amazing, breakfast was constantly replenished and the 24hr coffee bar was great. Mark went out of his way to make my birthday really special and we will definitely stay here again!

We used to stay at the Best western Gregory hotel and it is an overpriced dump. We found the Avid nearby and had a great stay. The hotel is new so everything is clean and updated. They also have a pretty decent breakfast selection and coffee. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We will be coming again
