Location next to Soho, Chinatown and Little Italy was great. Property was extremely clean, front of house staff were polite and professional. Room was large for NYC standards. For the price, it was a great value. I'm not a "chain" person, but this made me reconsider, as it was a clean, newly done, and well run property for the modest rate.
