The pictured entrance is not the entrance you would use. You will be on the lower level of the brownstone. The entrance you use is to the right by the trash and recycling. The gate and entry doors do not open smoothly. Once inside, there's a musty odor that seems to be coming from either the garbage disposal or dishwasher. Running both will not get rid of the odor. Several of the light bulbs needed replace and so does the brita filter in the fridge. All of the chairs have at least one leg isn't properly secured that was rendered them unsafe to sit in. I sat on the bed in the living room - I weigh 140lbs - and immediately a support board broke. The indoor stairs are hazardously narrow, slanted, and steep. I wear a size 7 1/2 in Women's shoes. My whole foot will not fit on the stairs. My toes hang over the ledge when my heel is at the very back. We had to go down the stairs sideways. Once down stairs, you'll see a TINY door directly in front of the stairs. I'm talking 18 inches wide - thats not an exaggeration. You might think it's a linen closet or something. Nope. Thats the entry to the bedroom. Bigger people may not be able to get through the door. The toilet downstairs wobbles. The TV downstairs will turn on, but it won't do anything else. We had to cast from our devices for entertainment. When we wanted to do a load of laundry, we found mold in the washing machine, so we opted to do laundry once we get home. I also woke up with several ant bites.
