Loved the hotel. It was perfect location to get in/out of JFK, meet family and friends for various events. I felt safe as a solo female traveler. The staff was friendly indulged with fun mocktails while watching the Warriors game the first night.

Loved the location… a short walk to restaurants on 9th. Close to the subway. The staff was incredible.. Roy was a delight to talk with and gave amazing recommendations on where to eat. Honestly, the entire staff was extremely kind, friendly and attentive. They definitely understand what hospitality means. The room was comfortable and clean and modern. The rooftop bar was such a nice bonus. 10/10. Would absolutely stay here again.
