Let me start out with the positive. The front desk attendant, Bijorin was amazing. Very kind, patient and helpful. Although it took 45 minutes for me to be checked in, he never gave up and kept reassuring me that I would get the room that I booked. The problem was that Expedia/Hotels.com did not submit my reservation correctly and the hotels front desk attendant could not find my reservation in their system. Finally after contacting Hotels.com and staying on the phone for 30 minutes the problem was finally resolved.

Somewhere between Expedia and Comfort Inn my reservation was lost. I was denied a room that had been prepaid thru Expedia. 4 days later I’m still begging to be refunded. I had to find another room an Uber ride away in the dark rain.

We had an excellent five night stay in a 2 bed one bedroom w a fridge. Our check in was at 3pm, but they let us store our luggage and even check in early if the room was ready (we arrived at 12pm). The subway station was only a 6 min walk away, it was quiet, and we always came back to a clean room at the end of the day when room service dropped by while we were sightseeing. The reviews are right about breakfast! I planned my stay here heavily based on the free breakfast quality, and I am grateful for all the good food and variety of options offered everyday (cereal, eggs, hard boiled eggs, sausages, waffles, different assortment of bagels/bread, fruit, condiments, milk, coffee, refreshments, etc). The general manager even made a surprise appearance during breakfast hours and was the omelette chef for anyone who wanted. Breakfast options alternate! There's also a common area toaster and microwave/water in the lobby. Also, some good NYC pizza called Brother's Pizza is nearby if you ever super hungry and need to eat fast.

I was very impressed with the housekeeping staff, we had our room cleaned, new sheets and towels every day, I haven't seen that type of service since 1985! Haha! Truly impressive. The breakfast offered many options and the food looked appetizing and the staff took care to make sure there was always enough of everything! I enjoyed my stay!

The room is clean, staff are helpful , breakfast is good but the breakfast place is small and cramped. We were booked Jan.2-4 but our flight was delayed so we couldn’t check in on Jan. 2 ( the staff is aware since I called them) instead we came in the morning of January 3rd around 9:45am and to our surprise the room is not ready for us! While it should have been ready the day before?? Was the room given to somebody else because we couldn’t make it on Jan. 2nd?

Hotel staff were very friendly and hospitable! The manager made a point to greet us which made us feel welcomed. Comfort Inn is located in a quiet area, which was a 5 min walk to the train station, so very convenient for getting to and from different areas. Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend to anyone visiting New York!

The room was small but clean . I found if you have a coffee maker in the room you should at least provide 2 bottles complimentary water . The breakfast was good but the setting could’ve been more modern as well as fruits can be added to the menu. Staff was polite area was safe but the site should specify that the free parking is on the streets and the property parking is free.

Room was clean… The room is advertised for 4 people… I don’t think so. We were 3 adults and not ideal… 2 adults and 2 kids would still be tight… the actual space for moving around in the room is very tight, but that’s a design flaw not the staff issue. I don’t think these quarters should be advertised as can accommodate 4 people. Honestly 2 Otherwise it was a short stay and the facilities was very clean

The place is nice and employees are nice specially the person who is taking care of the breakfast is very nice and accommodating. She just look at you and she ask right away if you need anything. When you ask her something she refill it right away. Same as the person at night that when i needed a hot water the front desk call someone and did it for me. The only thing i didnt like is i have to pay for the parking per night which is expensive. It will be 5/5 if the parking is also be free.
