Itâs two blocks from Times Square, and 3-4 from Grand Central Station. Very secure. Two elevators, only one runs to the top floor, so a few times we would get off on the 12th floor and run up the stairs. The central A/C didnât work, notified host but received no response. Thankfully it was in the 60s, so we opened the windows and left the window unit upstairs running. There was a portable AC on wheels, that we turned on at night. Yes, the big bath is halfway up the stairs. My kids liked to hang out in that little nook. The jets on the tub didnât work though. I wouldnât say this place sleeps six. We had two adults in the king upstairs, and then each of the three kids took a couch. Two of the couches fold down flat. One of our kids is a teenager and was too tall for any of them, so his legs hung off. We would stay again, definitely not in the heat of summer though. However, we did notice multiple portable space heaters for the winter.
